KS International Merges with Morison International

KSI and Morison International join to form Morison KSI

Sensiba LLP, a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, is pleased to announce that KS International has merged with Morison International to form Morison KSI — a US $1 billion strong international association.

Sensiba has been a long time active member in KS International and will now be a part of Morison KSI. Morison KSI is a global and domestic network of regional accounting firms from over 80 countries. As an affiliate of Morison KSI, firms are able to connect their clients with trusted resources for accounting, consulting and taxation services, as well as referrals to domestic and international service providers. The merger, effective as of April 1, 2016, now has 1,201 partners, 8,990 professional staff and 375 offices in 88 countries. Morison KSI brings together two associations dedicated to personal relationships, a highly selective membership and recruitment process, and a commitment to maintaining the strength and reputation of their associations.

“This merger is an exciting milestone for the organization,” said Bill Norwalk, KSI Liaison and Tax Partner-in-Charge at Sensiba LLP. “As a long term affiliate of KS International, we have experienced real value in being able to offer our clients trusted resources worldwide. This merger strengthens that affiliation and will only better the ways in which we and the other members can serve our clients.”
