Frank Balestreri, CPA has joined Sensiba LLP, a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, as an Audit Partner. He is based in the Firm’s Pleasanton, CA office.
Balestreri brings more than 20 years of public accounting experience working with clients on primary and secondary equity offerings, debt offerings, private placements, consolidations, internal controls, and SEC reporting. He has worked with a diverse range of clients from development stage to Fortune 50 public, privately held and venture backed companies. Prior to joining Sensiba, Balestreri was an Audit partner at Deloitte & Touche.

Balestreri is a licensed CPA in the State of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Accounting from St. Mary’s College.
