Welcome to the 2019 East Bay Kidney Walk
The positive energy of thousands of people at the Kidney Walk is invigorating, inspiring and amazing.
That’s because the Kidney Walk is not just about kidney disease. It’s about people. It’s about the patients, families, and people at risk. It’s about individuals walking to help improve and extend people’s lives. It’s about people from across the country raising vital funds and helping the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) expand the public conversation from kidney disease to kidney health.
The time is NOW and the person is YOU! Be a part of a community of 85,000 individuals at nearly 100 Kidney Walks who share a determination to end kidney disease.
Join us today!
Join the fight against kidney disease alongside SSF Partner and 2019 East Bay Kidney Walk Chairman, Frank Balestreri, and the Sensiba Team on Saturday, June 1!
Kidney disease causes more deaths than breast cancer or prostate cancer. It affects 30 million people in the U.S. and approximately 90% of those with kidney disease don’t even know they have it. Through the Kidney Walk, SSF is dedicated to bringing awareness to a disease that affects so many.
Happening on Saturday, June 1 at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, the Kidney Walk is a fun 5k walk, open to family, friends and even pets! All funds raised at the Kidney Walk support NKF’s kidney disease awareness, prevention and treatment programs.
To register or donate visit:
Team Sensiba has currently raised $4,093 to support the fight against kidney disease. We need your help to get to our goal. Join the effort by registering as a kidney walker, making a donation, and asking 5 friends or family members to contribute $25 to support your efforts.
Together, we can make a difference!
