We have several ways for you to safely and securely send us your documents. In order of preference, here are the preferred methods of delivery:

For Our Individual Tax Clients

TaxCaddy

We’ve teamed up with TaxCaddy to provide you with a secure, electronic solution for easily gathering tax documents and sharing them with our tax professionals.

Your TaxCaddy account benefits include:

    • Uploading electronic documents
    • Taking secured photos of paper documents using the photo-scan feature
    • Retrieving 1099s, 1098s and W-2s automatically
    • Receiving and signing tax returns electronically

Box Collaboration Solution

We’ve teamed up with Box.com as well to provide you with a portal to share electronic documents securely.

If you are an individual tax client and currently don’t have a free box account, please use this link to create one https://account.box.com/signup/n/personal#7pluc.

We are also able to receive your documents via fax at any one of the following numbers.

Keep in mind that faxing is an unsecured method to transmit your materials.

    • JPEG (Box)
    • Word
    • Excel

Technology to Use

The following technologies facilitate the integration of the data into the various software platforms that we use.  Normally we would ask our clients to scan the documents and send them to us. However, we know that many of you are also working from your home and may not have access to scanners.  If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
