Sensiba Earns Top Workplace Distinction 2019

Sensiba, a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, is delighted to announce that it has once again been named one of the top med-size companies by the Bay Area News Group for San Francisco Bay Area’s Top Workplaces of 2019.

“Ranking among the top workplaces is a wonderful honor for the firm,” said John Sensiba, Managing Partner of Sensiba LLP. “We strive to foster a culture in which our employees feel supported and valued in not only their career, but also their time and commitment to their families and communities. This distinction is a humbling reminder that our employees truly make our firm an inspiring place to work.”

The Bay Area News Group, which owns the San Jose Mercury News, Oakland Tribune, Contra Costa Times and other media properties, ranked 100 companies as top places to work in the Bay Area. SSF ranked 14th out of 30 companies named in the med-size company category. The Bay Area Top Workplaces award is based on an anonymous independent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Employees were asked to rate their satisfaction with several aspects of working at Sensiba, including community involvement, health and wellness, leadership, and hiring and expansion. Also taken into consideration are employee insights, opinions and feelings of the long term health of the company, managers, work/life balance, and opportunities for career development. Company rankings were based on a composite score calculated on the basis of employee responses.
