Sensiba expands team with veteran Bay Area accountant
Sensiba LLP, a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Noonan to Sensiba’s team.
With over 38 years of experience in public accounting, Noonan has joined Sensiba from his role as a director in another regional firm. He has held various positions within the profession and brings with him experience from an international accounting firm. Noonan has significant experience working with closely-held companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, private schools, trade associations and the nonprofit industry. In particular, he specializes in succession planning and structuring transactions to maximize after tax proceeds.
